You're not buying Google Ads management.
You're buying the outcome it produces.
Most agencies price around hours or ad spend. AdsFlair prices around what matters: qualified leads, sales, and a Google Ads engine that keeps improving. Pick the model that matches how much risk you want us to carry.
= a bill that grows even when results don't
Percentage-of-spend rises automatically the moment you scale your budget, and campaign-type add-ons are common practice – the total is rarely the number you saw in the pitch.
= a number you can defend to your CFO
Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube – all under one fee. Every model below is built so the fee is the smallest line in the story; the value we create is the headline.
Choose how much of the risk we carry
Same Google Ads team, same standard of work – the difference is how you pay for it. Businesses that want cost certainty pick Value Packages. Businesses that want us financially invested in the result pick Hybrid or SpendGuard PPC.
What actually changes vs. a typical Google Ads contract
| What you're evaluating | Typical agency | Adsflair |
|---|---|---|
| Fee across campaign types | Stacked – Search, Shopping & PMax often billed separately | One flat fee, every campaign type included |
| Fee as your budget scales | Rises automatically – it's a % of spend | Clear bands – no hidden percentage jumps as you scale |
| Setup / onboarding fee | Often £500–£2,000, disclosed late | Included in every plan – quoted up front |
| Contract length | 6–12 month lock-in is common | Month-to-month after a 60-day pilot |
| Reporting access | Monthly PDF, delayed | Live dashboard, always on |
| Minimum ad spend to qualify | Often £5,000–£10,000/mo | No minimum on starter Value and Hybrid tiers |
| What you're really paying for | Hours logged, tasks completed | Search visibility, leads, and revenue movement |
Common questions about how this works
Why not just charge a % of Google Ads spend like everyone else?
Percentage-of-spend quietly rewards the agency for spending more of your budget, not for spending it well. It also means your fee jumps every time you scale – with no extra value attached. We'd rather charge for the outcome the work produces.
Does this pricing cover anything besides Google Ads?
No – every plan on this page is scoped to Google Ads management (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube). Meta Ads, SEO, creative production, and web design are separate services with their own pricing, quoted independently.
Can I move between pricing models later?
Yes. Most clients start on Value Packages for the first 60–90 days while we establish a Google Ads performance baseline, then move to Hybrid or SpendGuard PPC once we have clean data to price the bonus fairly.
What isn't included in the fee?
Your Google Ads spend itself (paid directly to Google), and any paid tools you choose to license (landing page builders, premium creative, etc). Every plan states what's bundled – no line items appear after signing.
How is the "target" set for Hybrid and SpendGuard PPC models?
During the diagnostic phase (included free) we review your historical data or run a short paid pilot to set a fair CPA/ROAS baseline before any bonus or revenue-share terms are locked in – so the target reflects your actual market, not a guess.
